First announcement of SHARP risk workshop – save the dates

The Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS), Copenhagen will host a SHARP-project workshop on geological risks and safety related to CCS. The purpose of the workshop is to:

• establish a common understanding of geological risks in CCS between the scientific community, industry, and national regulators,

• actively engage stakeholders to ensure that the work carried out in SHARP is relevant and can be applied afterwards,

• identify main challenges from both industry and regulators perspectives.

More information will follow. The workshop is open to SHARP partner institutions and companies as well as national regulators and funding agencies.
